With 10k mAh of power, it can charge my cell phone three times or my tablet twice. The case is nicely hardened so that it doesn't feel fragile at all.

What does holding down the power button do on this device? It seems to cycle through the LED lights, but i'm not sure what the purpose is.

Thank you for your inquiry! There is no need to hold down the power button on the Jumpr Slate 10K. Some devices will "wake up" the Jumpr the moment they are plugged in to it, other devices will require pressing the power button on the Jumpr before charging will start.

Can the Kickr IV be used to charge the Jumpr Slate 10k? And if so, how long would it take to fully charge it in standard conditions?

The Kickr IV can absolutely charge a Jumpr Slate 10K. Assuming strong, uninterrupted sunlight, the Kickr IV can charge at a similar rate to most USB wall chargers (1.2 amps) so you should see comparable charging times between a wall outlet and Kickr IV. For the Jumpr Slate 10K, we estimate around 11 hours to charge at 1 amp.

A Jumpr Slate 10K should be able to charge your tablet between 1-2 times depending on the tablet you use
