EnerPlex Jumpr Prime 10400 is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent source of power I've had my EnerPlex Jumpr Prime 10400 for a couple of months now and have had no issues. After researching portable batteries, this is the best buy for the storage capacity at the $19.99 discounted price in my opinion. It is very sturdy and charges my phone and tablet at lightning speed when individually charged. The 2.1 A is split when dual charging and a "slow charge" indicator pops up on my devices as expected. I haven't carried any other portable batteries, definitely not this size (storage), so I don't have a comparison but this battery does carry some weight to it for its very portable size. I love it when I have it, and miss it when its left at the house. It takes a few hours to charge from the wall due to its capacity and depending on how much its been drained, but I've maintained my phone and tablet for an entire weekend with moderate to heavy use with power to spare.

I have a newJumper 10,400 with close to 0% left. I plugged it into wall outlet to charge, but even a single blue LED light does not continue flashing. No lights are on. Only a single blue light flashes 3 times then stops, after pressing power button.

Try using an ipad charger and not an iphone charger. The latter doesn't have enough power output. I experienced the same issue.

Hi, does this product support "pass through"? Can I continuously charge the batterypack while connected to a for example raspberry pi as a cheap UPS?

Asked by: Mikael
According to information found on this site:"Can I charge my device and the Jumpr Prime at the same time?Absolutely. Connect the Jumpr Prime to charge and then use one or both of the USB output ports to charge your device(s) at the same time."That should also mean that they can work in tandem. I'm off to buy another one, there's a sale at a store near me.

About Jumpr prime, all sizes, and quad. Will these charge from a bike hub dynamo charger set, specifically SP PV-8 dynamo and Busch & Müller Lumotec IQ2 Luxos U with USB charging port? The lamp has smarts and a cache battery, charges my old Moto Defy ok.

Asked by: Gideon
Thanks for your inquiry! Jumprs are able to be charged from USB power sources providing 0.5A - 2A (upper and lower limits vary by model).

Do you recommend any waterproof sleeves for Jumpr series, to use e.g. while cycling?

Asked by: fg100
These would not be a poor addition in order to keep your Jumpr safe from the elements! We do not have any brands or models in mind to recommend, however.

Does the 2.1a output mean dual for both or 2.1a per output?

Asked by: dvs1
Both USB ports have the ability to output 2.1A. The maximum output collectively between the two ports is also 2.1A.For example, if both USB ports are being used at the same time to charge two iPhone 6s, the 2.1A will be split between them and each device will receive around 1A.If you want to charge one device at 2.1A, it does not matter which port you use, as both can supply up to 2.1A.
