My enerplex jumpr stack 9 charges usb and the android (normal) charger fine, but the iPhone charger won't work. Why is that and how can I fix it/is it fixable?

What is available in the box if i buy a new enerplex jumpr? Is the charger cable to recharge enerplex included in the box?

Jumprs come with the unit, manual, and a USB to micro USB cable used to charge the Jumpr itself. No USB wall adapters are included.

My Enerplex JU-Stack-9 charges for about 5 minutes then disables charging I have to turn it on again to start charging. Same with several devices.
