Is there a power on/off button for the Jumpr Mini/Jumpr Mini-L?

• Yes, the Jumpr Mini/Jumpr Mini-L has a power on/off button. Please note: The Jumpr Mini/Jumpr Mini-L will immediately begin charging once it attached to your device. The Jumpr Mini/Jumpr Mini-L allows you to power the battery on/off once connected to the device being charged.
• To begin charging your device, connect any Micro-USB powered device to your Jumpr Mini or connect any Lightning connector powered Apple devices (iPod, iPhone, iPad Mini/Air) to your Jumpr Mini-L. Charging will occur immediately after connection to device.
• If the device does not immediately start charging when you plug it in to the Jumpr Mini/Jumpr Mini-L, simply hold down the torch power button on the left side of the Jumpr Mini/Jumpr Mini-L for 5 complete seconds while the Jumpr Mini/Jumpr Mini-L is still plugged in to your device. 


How long does it take to completely charge my Jumpr Mini/Jumpr Mini-L from 0 – 100%?

• Using the included Micro USB cable to connect the Jumpr power bank to a power source, the EnerPlex Jumpr can charge from 0 – 100% in as few as 1.3 hours.

What does 1700 mAh mean?

• mAh stands for milliamps hours. This is a unit for measuring electric power over time. mAh is used to describe the total amount of energy a battery can store at one time. EnerPlex Jumprs come in many sizes –  1700mAh, 4400mAh, 3200mAh, 6200mAh, 9400mAh and 10,000mAh. Most smartphones internal batteries range from 1400mAh to 2500mAh

Is the Jumpr waterproof?

• No, it is not waterproof or watertight. Though it has a rugged design and a slip proof coating, it should be treated like any other electronic device when it comes to being handled around water and moisture.

Can the Jumpr charge two devices at once using a Y splitter?

• Yes. However, with the use of a Y-splitter, if the current draw from both devices is larger than the current available, our device will limit at its max current and the charging time will be longer for the two devices. If the current draw from both devices is lower than the current available from our device, then standard charging times would be expected.

Will the Jumpr Mini/Jumpr Mini-L charge my laptop/tablet?

• No. The Jumpr Mini/Jumpr Mini-L will not charge a laptop or a tablet. Most laptops and large tablets require a power source greater than 5 volts. The output of the EnerPlex Jumprs is 5 volts.

What devices will the Jumpr Mini/Jumpr Mini-L charge?

• The EnerPlex Jumpr Mini can charge small Micro-USB powered devices, such as cell phones. The Jumpr Mini-L can be used to charge Apple iPod, iPhone, iPad which have a Lightning connector (Apple iPhone 5 and above).

How can I tell if my Jumpr Mini/Jumpr Mini-L is charged or charging?

• The Jumpr Prime power bank is fully charged when all 4 blue LED lights are lit up. Each solid blue LED Light indicates 25% battery power.
